This project involved the development of a comprehensive master plan for an upcoming integrated township located on the outskirts of a rapidly expanding urban centre. The planning objective was to create a sustainable, self-contained community that offers high-quality living environments, social infrastructure, employment opportunities, and recreational amenities — all connected through a well-structured mobility and open-space framework.

The township has been envisioned as a people-centric neighbourhood where walkability, safety, environmental sensitivity, and community interaction are placed at the heart of the planning strategy.

Planning Vision

The township has been structured as a series of compact, interconnected neighbourhood clusters arranged around a central green axis. This approach allows for clear identity, efficient movement, and strong community orientation while ensuring access to daily amenities within walkable distances.

Commercial, educational, healthcare, and recreational functions are organised as shared resources — reducing dependency on long-distance travel and reinforcing the social fabric of the community.
