Design Approach
The residence is structured around a central living and dining volume that forms the social heart of the home. Large openings extend the visual connection toward landscaped edges, encouraging natural ventilation and daylight throughout the interior.
Private areas are planned to ensure quietness and comfort, while circulation routes have been carefully designed by Traccor to feel intuitive and uncluttered. The layout supports interaction without compromising privacy — an essential quality for modern family living.
