This project involved the interior design and space planning of a contemporary urban apartment for a young professional family. The brief focused on creating a calm, clutter-free living environment within a compact footprint — one that feels spacious, functional, and visually refined despite its urban constraints.

Traccor approached the design with a minimalist philosophy, prioritising clean lines, efficient layouts, and a carefully curated material palette to enhance the sense of openness and comfort throughout the apartment.

Design Approach

The design strategy centred on maximising usable space while maintaining a soft, understated aesthetic. Partition walls were kept minimal, and visual continuity was achieved through consistent finishes and concealed storage solutions.

The living and dining areas were treated as a unified social zone, extending towards full-height windows to capture natural light and create a visual expansion of space. Private bedrooms were planned to remain simple and restful, free from visual noise or heavy detailing.

Traccor selected a palette of light woods, neutral tones, and textured fabrics to create warmth without compromising the minimalist character. Subtle lighting layers were integrated to enhance mood and spatial clarity.
